Why can't I pay inside the app in my country?
Google Play billing isn't available in every country (e.g. due to sanctions). If you can't see a payment option in the app, you can subscribe here on the web with cryptocurrency instead.
How do I pay with crypto?
Go to Checkout, sign in with your email, pick a plan, and you’ll be redirected to our payment provider (NowPayments). Pay with the crypto of your choice. Plus activates automatically once the payment confirms.
I paid — how do I get Plus in the app?
Use the SAME email you use in the app. Once the payment confirms on-chain (usually a few minutes), reopen the app and your Plus will be active. No code to enter.
Which app build should I install?
On Google Play where available. Where Google Play is blocked, install the direct APK from this site or our official Telegram channel.
Is my browsing logged?
No. ZeroBlock keeps no browsing history, no DNS logs, and no traffic records. Only minimal billing/usage counters needed to run the service.
Do you really not keep my data?
That’s the whole point of ZeroBlock. We keep no browsing history, no DNS logs, and no record of the sites you reach through the tunnel — only the minimal billing and usage counters needed to run your account, and we never sell your data or use it for ads. Finding a VPN you can trust is hard, and keeping one honest costs money to run: there are no ads and no data sales here, so a Plus subscription is what keeps the servers online and this promise intact.
